15 Minute Cheesy Broccoli Crescent Rolls

 

Busy mommies, this one is for you. Serve as lunch for the little ones or as an appetizer. Quick and easy. This recipe is one of little Julians favorites. Soft buttery crescent roll stuffed with cheese and broccoli, yes, pleaseeee! It’s a win, win in our house. Ingredients and directions included below. Enjoy 🙂

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 F Step 2: Steam 2 cups of broccoli. ( How I Steam) Pour 2 cups of frozen broccoli into 1 cup of water for 7 minutes then drain the water. Step 3: melt 1/4 cup of butter. I scoop my butter into a small oven safe glass and leave it in the oven until I am ready to use. Step 4: Open the can of crescent rolls.They are precut so gently pull them apart and spread then open on a dish, cutting board, cookie sheet, etc. Step 3: Scoop a tablespoon of broccoli onto the opened precut piece of crescent rolls. Step 4: sprinkle desired amount of shredded cheese on top of broccoli. Step 5: Roll the crescent rolls closed. Step 6: place rolls on cookie sheet or in a lightly greased baking sheet.Brush desired amount butter on rolls and put them in the oven. bake for 15 minutes, let cool before serving and enjoy.
